We live in an expensive world and at times our livelihoods can seem tenuous and so my fees work on a sliding scale taking into account a person's financial and/or working status. 
A session is up to 60 minutes and we can meet weekly, fortnightly or with bigger gaps in between sessions.
Individual - starting from £35 - £50
Couples - from £50 (one hour)- £60 (hour and half)
Supervision - from £40 (in training) - £55

Supervision

My Supervision training is based on a pluralistic philosophy, adopting a personal approach tailored to the individual, involving them in conversations about the supervision process and their specific needs.  I believe the therapeutic relationship is key in supervision for the mutual development of good practice for our clients.   

Keeping myself on track

I have regular individual and group supervision sessions, where I will explore how I am working with clients and supervisees. In order, to offer an appropriate, proficient and most importantly safe service. (All data discussed is anonymous.)

• Level 6 Certificate in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision.
  
• Level 5 Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
• Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
• Trained in Addiction Counselling with Freshfield for three years.
• A Drama and English teacher for 20 years, specialising in pastoral care.
• A Samaritan for 5 years.
• A community activist.
• Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
• Enhanced DBS - to work with vulnerable adults.
